Project Role: Kiwiplan MES Lead
Role Description: Leading a team to implement, configure, and provide comprehensive operational support for the Kiwiplan MES solution. This role requires deep expertise in the Kiwiplan software suite, as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes within the CPG industry.

Must-Have Skills:
- Kiwiplan (implementation, configuration, support)
- MES-MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management)
- Database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL)
- Industrial data collection and connectivity (OPC)
- Experience with COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) MES solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MES deployment and operational support for multi-site projects within CPG industry. You will need to fully understand business processes and have a sound domain knowledge of this sector.
- Manage a team responsible for both new Kiwiplan implementations and ongoing operational support for existing systems across multiple sites. This includes handling daily technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and leading small enhancement work to improve system functionality.
- Prepare effort estimations and contribute to RFI & RFP processes.
- Work closely with technical resources and business stakeholders to configure and implement the Kiwiplan solution, ensuring it aligns with business requirements.
- Test and validate configurations, provide knowledge transfer to L2 support teams and end-users.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to your team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of work.

- Proven experience with the full lifecycle of a Kiwiplan MES solution, including implementation, configuration, testing, and Hypercare support.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of core Kiwiplan modules such as Production Control, Scheduling, Quality Management, and Inventory & Logistics.
- Experience in operational support is crucial, including debugging issues, troubleshooting system performance, and resolving user-reported problems within a Kiwiplan environment.
- Experience in small enhancement work, such as developing minor new features, modifying reports, or configuring new rules to improve system usability.
- Sound knowledge of database management systems, particularly Oracle or MS SQL, for supporting the Kiwiplan application.
- Experience in interfacing Kiwiplan with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and shop-floor automation via industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC).
- Ability to work closely with the client and lead the team from the front-end, providing technical assistance as needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Requires ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project scope.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
- Experience with other COTS MES/MOM solutions.
- Experience in the packaging manufacturing industry (corrugated, folding carton, etc.).
- Experience with report development tools associated with Kiwiplan.
- Experience in an Agile environment.
