Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
(Junior) Specialist in Accounts Receivable with Swedish (OTC)
Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote

Responsibilities:
Handling Dunning process for Nordics
Email and phone queries handling
Accounts analysis
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
Prepare and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in AR preferably, or other accounting area
Swedish minimum B2
English minimum B2
Finance/Accounting studies or finished accounting courses
Strong analytical skills
Clear understanding of the big picture as well as data related details
Experience in the reporting area
Multitasking
Eye for improvement areas
Good team player
Customer orientation and proactive approach
