Your key activities:
Manage customer orders, returns, and inquiries
Allocate inventory and process deliveries
Prepare shipping documents and instructions
Track transport and provide alerts
Analyze inventory and delivery performance
Audit carrier invoices and generate reports

We are looking for a candidate with:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of experience, preferably in the petrochemical industry
Knowledge of supply chain and order management
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
Strong communication skills
Skills
English & French at minimum B2 level
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Adaptability to new processes
Independent decision-making in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem-solving
