Java UI Lead Developer

Infosys is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer. In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. This position is based out of Atlanta, GA or Kansas City, KS. This position may require relocation and or travel to the project location.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
• Develop and maintain robust and scalable Node.js backend services (RESTful APIs, microservices is a must) using frameworks like Express.js.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Develop and maintain interactive and user-friendly front-end applications using Alpine.js,Angular Js, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
  • Must be AEM aware and know how to integrate with core and custom components written in AEM.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) to ensure project success.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the product release activities
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
