Infosys is seeking a Java Full stack Lead Consultant with React and AWS Experience. This position's primary responsibility will be Solution design and working with key stakeholders and coordinate for day-to day-deliverables for the team in programs/ projects. The chosen candidate will work with business and help them prioritize roadmap along with Product Owner to increase Agility. The role holder should help teams to practice values and principles of Agile and become more Agile. He / She must be actively involved in technical matters thus finding out the gaps and ensuring product owner involvement in business decision and description of the functional flow. He / She should be able to create status reports and provide status updates to the stake holders on a weekly basis. This position will have all-round responsibility from Solution Architecture and Design, client interaction management, project management, execution and team management.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
- Experience working on Java, J2EE Technologies, Spring boot, Microservices, REACTJS, AWS, CI-CD Full Stack
- Experience in Solution Design, Development and Deployment of Java 8 and above, Kafka Messaging framework, Java Script frameworks. Databases-RDBMS, on Cloud (AWS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in migrating Java stack applications On-prem to Cloud
- Working experience and in-depth knowledge in Java 8 and above features - collections, streams, lambdas,
- Working experience and in-depth knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Working experience and in-depth knowledge of ReactJS, Redux
- Working experience of Messaging integration with Kafka, Service bus/ Event Hub/ Grid
- Working experience in APIs, RESTFUL services.
- Working experience and knowledge in Containerization, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, DevOps pipelines
- Capable of analyzing Business requirements and building Functional and Technical requirements.
- Knowledge and Experience in AWS Cloud services
- Knowledge and Experience in Performance Engineering
- Experience owning end-to-end global delivery of agile projects, with in-depth exposure to Scrum Ceremonies.
- Experience in working as SPOC for clients, and coordination with remote teams globally.
- Experience in making proposals to clients to address their business needs.
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master
- Experience in Cloud DevOps and setting up and testing HA/ DR/ Infra on Cloud.
- Experience in API gateways, APIJEE.
- Experience in Splunk, AppDynamics, Git, Nexus and their integration with Cloud platform.
- Experience in Web servers, App servers.
- Detail oriented, excellent communication and organizational skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Proficient creating and presenting status briefings to senior management.
- Aptitude to learn new technologies, keep abreast of the latest technologies within the cloud architecture, and drive your organization to adapt to emerging best practices.
The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
