Java Developer with ReactJS experience

In the role of Lead Java Developer with ReactJS experience - In this role you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Quincy, MA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in Java 8, ReactJS, Spring boot, Microservices, Rest API
• Experience in NoSQL Database.

Preferred skills

• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Familiarity with Java design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in working with RESTful API's and integrating them into web applications.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Proficiency in various phases of the system development life cycle including project planning, analysis, design, programming, and unit-testing frameworks
• Solid experience in software development using CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication and Analytical skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in Financial Services domain
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience in Coding, testing, debugging, implementing, and documenting complex global applications.
• Experience in leading team in Agile delivery model.• Strong communication and Analytical skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
