We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Core Java development, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience, and deep expertise in SOAP, REST APIs, and XML technologies. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and integrations.
Location: CDMX (Hybrid 3 days per week at Infosys Office).
Qualifications Basic
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies +5 yrs.
- Kanban and backlog.
- 4-6 years of overall professional experience.
- Execution of scrum ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily scrum/standup meeting, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Core Java development.
- Strong experience with SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSD, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, JAX-WS, and JAX-RS.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Understanding security protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSL/TLS).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Java or Spring certification.
- Proficient in English communication
- Experience with Java concurrency APIs and thread-safe programming.
- Designing and deploying microservices using Spring Cloud or similar frameworks.
- Implementing authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices (e.g., OAuth2, JWT).
- Using Swagger/OpenAPI for documenting RESTful services
