Jaggaer Lead

Infosys is seeking an experienced Jaggaer Consultant to support and enhance procurement and spend management systems for a major aerospace customer. This role involves managing Jaggaer's source-to-pay (S2P) platform, supporting procurement operations, supplier collaboration, and compliance initiatives. You will work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration, data accuracy, and process efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area prior to onboarding.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • E xperience with Jaggaer or similar procurement platforms .
  • Strong understanding of source-to-pay processes and supplier lifecycle management. Experience with system configuration, user support, and data integration.
  • In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.

  • Experience with Jaggaer ONE platform and modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, and Invoicing
  • Familiarity with procurement analytics and dashboard reporting
  • Exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
  • Provide day-to-day support for Jaggaer modules including sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and procure-to-pay
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and user access. Configure and maintain supplier portals, catalogs, and approval hierarchies
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize sourcing and spend visibility. Support integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Costpoint)
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulations
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and support procedures . Aerospace or government contracting domain experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a distributed delivery model with offshore coordination

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
