Infosys is looking to onboard an experienced Client Partner (CP) who will be responsible for managing customer relationships and overseeing both revenue and costs within specific public sector contracts.

Essential qualifications include public sector knowledge, experience with large programs, relationship management skills, an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, and familiarity with global delivery models.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Management
  • Be seen as the business partner for the customers organization
  • Have financial responsibility for the account
  • Be accountable for adherence to contractual commitments
  • Manage customer stakeholder relationships
  • Working with the sales team to develop new revenue for the portfolio
  • Lead and functionally run a dedicated core client management team
