Short Description:
In the role of a IOS and BFF developer, you will be expected to develop, configure, and customize Spark NZ, Skinny Jump Mobile App applications to meet business needs. This role will interface with client and will involve design, development and maintenance. This role is needed for 9 months starting from Sep'25.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Application Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and customize mobile applications for Spark NZ and Skinny Jump, aligning with business requirements outlined in the product backlog.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using modern iOS development practices.
- Platform Expertise
- Build and maintain robust iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and XCTest.
- Integrate with internal and external systems through Node.js (Backend for Frontend) architecture.
- Leverage Appium for mobile test automation to ensure consistent quality across releases.
- Collaboration & Requirement Analysis
- Work closely with Business Analysts, System Architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and understand functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into effective technical solutions and user-centric features.
- System Integration & Maintenance
- Perform routine platform upgrades and resolve issues related to integrations and data quality.
- Ensure seamless connectivity between mobile apps and backend services.
- Continuous Improvement
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in performance, usability, and development processes.
- Years of experience: 5+
- Strong experience in Swift development with proficiency in BFF.
- Familiarity with Restful API design.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Git for version control tool such as Azure DevOps
- Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN.
- Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers
- Ability to influence, persuade and mobilize internal/external resources to fulfill customer requirements
- Customers handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, sales staff, field technicians and external customers.
- Well organized and able to do multi-tasking, problem solving, troubleshooting techniques and strategic thinking.
- Analytical skills to interpret IT user requests and understand end user requirements.
- Capability to work with people in different time zones
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong & effective customer relationships.
- Solid knowledge of the IT Service Management framework, practices, and process experience in Information Technology.
- Service Delivery tasks like, reporting, customer relationship, SLA management etc.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
