Short Description: Informatica MDM & DQ Consultant
Salary Range: 108571 - 119893 AUD Total Gross
Location: Melbourne, Australia

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring and maintaining Informatica MDM Hub, IDD, and match/merge rules.
• Support data profiling, cleansing, and standardization using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Monitor and troubleshoot MDM workflows and DQ jobs.
• Participate in data quality assessments and help define business rules.
• Collaborate with data stewards and business users to resolve data issues.
• Document technical processes, configurations, and support procedures.
• Help implement data governance policies and metadata management practices.
• Provide L1/L2 support for MDM and DQ components in production environments.

Skill / Competencies / Experience:

ESSENTIAL

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Hands on experience with Informatica MDM and IDQ.
• Basic understanding of data governance, data modeling, and data integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Informatica Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC).
• Experience with data stewardship workflows and survivorship rules.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or ServiceNow
