Infor LN Technical Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking an Infor LN Technical Lead Consultant with hands-on experience in ERP LN tools and Infor XI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing user issues, resolving technical problems, managing tickets and service requests, and performing necessary configuration updates. The role also involves interacting with customer process consultants and SMEs, conducting root cause analysis, and driving process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education
• Candidates may be located in Kenosha, WI, Melbourne FL, Greenville, TX or Salt Lake City, UT or be willing to relocate to one of these areas
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• At least 3 years of experience in Infor LN application development and support
• Extensive experience handling customization requests using Exit DLLs, AFS, Wrappers, and DAL2s
• Proven ability in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and recommending solutions to complex problems
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes

• Familiarity with various business processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability and desire to work closely with customers
