Infosys is seeking an Industry Principal Data Migration Consultanta
As an Industry Principal, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 13 years of experience with Information Technology
- U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 13 years of relevant IT experience with at least 7 yrs experience in SAP Data Migration (S4) with good understanding of SAP S4, SAP BODS
- At least 11 years of experience in Master data Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- At least 11 years of experience in SAP Data Migration with good exposure to S4 data migration
- Minimum 2 E2E SAP Implementations in SAP S/4HANA embedded or side-by-side implementation experience is preferred
- Working with SAP functional and technical consultants analyzing data migration requirements and the make-up of legacy data.
- End to End knowledge of ETL process from Extract to Load
- Good understanding of ETL tools and options
- Hands on experience in data load using LTMC, LSMW
- Hands on knowledge of ETL tools like BODS, Informatica will be added advantage
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
- Project and talent management
- Experience with project management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Preload and post load validation of migration results, handle dropouts and advise on data cleansing requirements.
- Perform migration dress rehearsals, migration cutover tasks and post go-live support.
- Providing advisory services to the business to understand their data management issues and advising on appropriate data management strategies and techniques.
- Extensive experience of data management and migration activities in an SAP environment
- Should have worked on at least 2 Embedded Analytics projects on S4HANA for a duration of minimum 6 months each
- Good understanding of S4HANA modules related to POS, OTC, Inventory, Purchasing and Finance
- Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis.
- Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
- Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day
