Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to enterprise systems and data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM technologies, security protocols, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
  • Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
  • Develop and enforce access control policies and role-based access controls (RBAC).
  • Monitor and audit user access and permissions to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to streamline identity lifecycle processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of IAM configurations and documentation.
  • Participate in security assessments, audits, and incident response activities.
