In the job assignment role of a Package Consultant 2, you will be focusing on adapting and advancing ERP systems for optimal business performance, ensuring compliance, and facilitating knowledge sharing through comprehensive documentation.

Required/Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated capability in the following areas:

• Hyperion Essbase Planning and Retail domain experience
  
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
  
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
  
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
  
• Ability to collect, process, and interpret information to identify patterns, solve problems, and make informed decisions
  
• Ability to deliver a particular set of outcomes within a certain set of parameters optimally
  

• Experience in Oracle PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS is desired
  

• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
  
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
  
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
  

• Predict the project's time and effort, cost, and scope
  
• Ability to harness working collaboratively and efficiently within a group to achieve common goals while managing conflict, motivating, developing and engaging team members
  

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
  
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
  
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
  
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
  
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
