Infosys - Client HROCM Solutions - HR Transition & Integration Manager (Deal Solutions Manager)


Client Solutions HROCM team is a specialized sales unit in Infosys that works collaboratively with other Infosys units to maximize the pipeline and win ratio of qualified strategic sourcing deals. The team consists of domain experts in transition and bid management, sourcing advisor relations, deal-based marketing, business development, negotiations, HR, and pursuit of excellence.

This position is part of the global Client HROCM Solutions practice and is specifically focused on European region pursuits but may work in other parts of the world.

This position works closely with the Clients IT and HR leadership, corporate advisors, legal experts, and the internal Solutions Team.

Specific Accountabilities:
  • Analyze, identify, and integrate employees from business acquisitions and awarded IT client project work.
  • Create, implement, and manage the HR Transition and Integration plan for acquired employees.
  • Conduct client compensation and benefits analysis to support the absorption of transferred employees into Infosys.
  • Conduct employee career sessions per contract requirements
  • Conduct Work Council TUPE/ARD consultations and negotiations per country regulations
  • Conduct HR due diligence, analysis, and risk assessment to determine the baseline of total employee cost and potential employer employment concerns
  • Implement and oversight of terms, conditions, and benefits of transferring employees
  • Develop and implement geographically tailored communication plans in conjunction with the global sourcing program
  • Coordinate and partner with Corporate HR and Finance resources to support the transfer of the employees
  • Create, coordinate, and participate in delivering orientation and training programs for newly acquired employees.
  • Will primarily support Employee transfer and potential Merger and Acquisition activity but could also have client transition projects in other regions.
Skills and Experience:
  • A qualified candidate will have approximately ten years of successful experience as a Human Resources practitioner or consultant. A blend of HR internal and consulting experience would be ideal.
  • Must have a solid understanding of legal employment concerns in transferring (rebadging) client staff and have led the transfer of employees on more than one occasion.
  • HR generalist with exceptional in compensation and benefits background.
  • Well-developed Due Diligence Analysis skills
  • Led employee integration programs.
  • Must have excellent project management and Excel spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong business orientation. A business problem solver with a proven ability to both conceptualize and deliver results.
  • Outstanding personal presence and communication skills.
  • Position requires at least BA/BS level of or equivalent education.
  • Proficient in German and English language is a requirement.
