Process Specialist for HR Help Desk - SME
Educational Requirements & Skills

  • Graduate - BA or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in handling standard HR queries, familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow), and ability to use available tools (preferably Chat tools) for quick triage.
  • 3-5 years HR experience / HR helpdesk / query resolution
  • Spanish + English
Good to have
  • Knowledge/understanding of HR policies across all business formats
  • Experience specific to Hire to retire process for Global (US , EMEA, APAC) clients will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high volumes of routine HR queries (e.g., pay, benefits, leave) using templates and knowledge base articles.
  • Adhere to the existing policies of the client with regards to releasing specific information and resolution of inquiries and complaints
  • Duly fill-out tracking systems & forms as needed/required regarding case history
  • Identify complex issues and escalate to Tier 2/3 teams (e.g., HRIS, payroll) for resolution.
  • Use platforms like Workday and ServiceNow; promote self-service tools and AI chatbots for routine tasks.
  • Provide phone support in multiple languages using real-time translation to ensure accessibility for all employees.
