HR Administration Specialist with Portuguese
Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
HR Administration Specialist with Portuguese
Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote
Responsibilities:
Work with other team to resolve root causes of fines, deductions, and reductions
Nurture and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
Document process documentation and standard methodologies
Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities
Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings
Manage assigned HR-related queries in a timely manner
Take responsibility for issues raised by the Client
Perform appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations
Participate in client discussions regarding processes
Achieve goals and SLAs

Requirements:
2 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Payroll in the Polish / German and Brazilian market highly desirable
Working hours between 11am and 7pm
Portuguese min. B2
English min. B2
BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience is preferred
Working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word
Strong Communication Skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to adjust quickly to new processes and procedures
Ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
Team player who helps create a result focused and motivating team environment
