HR Administration Specialist with Italian
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź - Hybrid / Poland - remote
We are looking for a candidate with:
English language proficiency at least B2,
Italian C1 - both spoken and written
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Good communication and analytical skills
At least secondary education
Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems
Ability to participate in client meetings and manage assigned tasks on time
Attention to detail and awareness of GDPR aspects
Time management skills - multitasking role
Experience in HR Operations / HR Payroll in the Italian market is highly desirable

Your key activities:
Managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner
Ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded in the ticketing system
Taking responsibility for issues raised by the Client
Performing appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations
Participating in client discussions regarding processes
Answering incoming calls - service line
Achieving goals and SLAs
