HR Administration Specialist with French
Location: Infosys Poland in Lodz
Requirements:
- University graduate
- French C1 both spoken and written
- good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration (Employee Data Management, Benefit Admin, Compensation Admin, Performance Management, Fleet Management)
- Attention to detail and awareness of GDPR aspects
- Experience in HR Operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- French Labor Law knowledge would be an asset
Responsibilities:
- Process Hire to Retire transaction
- Managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner
- Maintaining mainly task related to the time and Attendance
- Ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded in the ticketing system
- Taking responsibility for issues raised by the Client
- Performing appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations
- Participating in client discussions regarding processes
- Answering incoming calls - service line
- Achieving goals and SLAs
