HR Administration Process Lead with German

We are looking for a candidate with:
- English & German language proficiency at least B2, Polish nice to have
- 4+ years of experience in HR Administration (Employee Data, Benefits, Payroll)
- Experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in payroll input coordination with clients/vendors
- University degree in any field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Results and deadline driven
- Negotiation skills good to have
Your key activities:
- Support the HR Admin transaction processing to cover processes like employee data changes, terminations/ retirements, new hires etc.
- Escalation Management
- Identify trends and high-volume transactions that may indicate org-wide issues and get the team prepared to handle such high volumes at times
- Ensures process compliances, Knowledge Management compliances to meet the client & internal commitments
