Infosys Public Services is seeking an HHS Solution Architect to join our team.

Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):

  • Provide and document Health and Human Services solutions
  • Review requirements and develop solutions
  • Anchor technical proposal work
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to educate internal and external clients
  • Mentor junior resources, enabling knowledge growth in the organization
  • Create thought leadership
  • Present and advocate at industry events
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings
  • Oversee and advise ongoing implementations
  • Work as a Solution Architect in the HHS domain.
  • Own and drive Solution workshops with Customers by aligning with Internal and Customer Technical Teams.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new Technologies and frameworks.

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in a Health and Human Services, preferably in Eligibility and Medicaid
  • Knowledge of HHS standards such as MITA, MECT, FISMA, MARS-E, etc.
  • Knowledge of architecture standards and models, cloud technologies, and Information Technology in general
  • Strong knowledge of Application, Architecture, Programming language, latest technology frameworks, and Enterprise Architecture standards.
  • Knowledge of COTS packages in the HHS domain and experience in any one platform is preferred. ( Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Curam, etc.)
  • Excellent writing skills, experience with proposals in the public sector
  • Must be able to develop creative solutions to problems
  • Industry certification in TOGAF is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to Customer locations for Project work.
Educational Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
