Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our APM team. As a GE-APM Consultant, you will work as a Subject Matter Expertise for Oil & Gas customers. Typically, you will work with Customer, Internal Stakeholder and assess the requirement and work on implementation plan. He / She should have expertise in GE APM Meridium Application Implementation, Development & Support.
Your role & Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and utilize in depth knowledge to support project teams in Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis and Review to ensure smooth delivery of project deliverables.
- Leverage domain expertise by supporting customer projects, delivering GE-APM consulting services.
- Translate functional requirements into a technical solution.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of GE-APM with excellent debugging skills.
- Advise customer on various domain work process and system configuration options. Be responsible for the successful implementing of GE-APM work processes and products in customer sites.
- Responsible for conducting UAT successfully.
- Creating test scripts, Training documents guide and Train the customer.
- Be a point of contact to the customer and invest Functional expertise in enhancing company standards process and procedures.
- Work to develop relationships with customer and help them in achieving targeted success.
- Well versed with Software Development Lifecycle.
- Actively involved in RPF & POC.

- Good knowledge of GE-APM Integrity, Strategy and Reliability modules (Inspection Management & Thickness Monitoring, Risk Based Inspection, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis etc.).
- Experience on other functionalities like Configuration Management, Administration Settings, Query Management, Data Loader, Policy Design, APM Connect, Risk Register and Asset Hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of GE APM Interfaces.
- Experience in conducting User Training, FAT & UAT.
- Experience in at least two GE-APM implementation project and one major upgrade project.
- Knowledge of Policy designer and Business rules.
- Experience in building Queries, Dashboards & SSRS Reports.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem solving & decision-making skills
- Agile way of working
