Short Description:

A Technical Architect with minimum 10+ years of experience for Fuse focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions using the Fuse platform, ensuring business requirements are met while adhering to technical standards and best practices. This role involves translating business needs into technical specifications, architecting scalable and reliable systems, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.
In the role of a FUSE Tech Arch, you will be expected to design, and review integration solutions using Red Hat Fuse on the OpenShift platform. This role will interface with client and will involve design, review and maintenance as well as team support and mentoring.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and review integration solutions using Red Hat Fuse on the OpenShift platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define integration solutions.
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of integration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for integration processes and solutions.
  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills

  • Experience in Solution Architecture and Integration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Essential:
  • Proven experience in enterprise integration architecture and SOA solutions.
  • Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of JBoss Fuse technologies, including Camel, CXF, and ESB
  • Experience in Programming Language - NodeJS, Java and Spring Boot.
  • Deep understanding of various enterprise integration patterns such as SOAP, REST, Apache MQ and iSeries integration.
  • Ability to provide support for production systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs using API Connect.
  • Experience in Installation and Configuration of Highly Available API Connect platform in prod and NPE environments
  • Understanding of market and technology trends.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
  • Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment.
  • Should possess excellent client interfacing skills and analytical skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentExperience in development of integration services using Fuse/Camel and SpringBoot Framework
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Understanding of security best practices in integration solutions.
  • Knowledge of API management tools like Apigee or Kong.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools, DevOps practices and tools
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with other integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Apache Camel.
  • Experience with Spring Framework
  • Knowledge of XML and JSON data formats
  • Familiarity with other ESB technologies like IBM MQ or Oracle SOA Suite
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Understanding of security protocols like OAuth and SAML
  • Knowledge of GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Preferred :
  • Customers handling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, sales staff, field technicians and external customers.
  • Well organized and able to do multi-tasking, problem solving, troubleshooting techniques and strategic thinking.
  • Analytical skills to interpret IT user requests and understand end user requirements.
  • Capability to work with people in different time zones
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong & effective customer relationships.
  • Solid knowledge of the IT Service Management framework, practices, and process experience in Information Technology.
  • Service Delivery tasks like, reporting, customer relationship, SLA management etc.
