Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Experience in test planning, execution and defect tracking
• Collaborating with other stakeholders, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure that testing aligns with project goals and objectives.

• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Establishing goals, communicating them to team members, and assessing their progress toward them.
• Ensure that software meets quality standards and is free from errors or defects
• Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
• Need to recognize and control the dangers inherent in testing and devise plans to lessen them.
Preferred
• Quick thinking to address challenges during testing or production phases
• Knowledge of tools like Selenium, Jir.
• Experience with tools like Jenkins for integration and testing into the development pipeline.
• Understanding of Agile practices to align testing with iterative development cycles.
