Title: Lider técnico Fullstack | Technology Lead Full Stack Developer
Location: Hybrid Mode (CDMX, GDL and MTY)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing high-quality web applications, with a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience with ReactJS.
• 7+ years of experience with Python.
• Experience working in Scrum teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (especially Azure API Management) or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with AI and LLM, LangGraph, LangChain

ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED A PLUS

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, code quality tools like SonarQube, and Git.
• Experience with other modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the team and provide technical guidance.
• Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Create user interactions on various platforms and optimize code for mobile.
• Develop databases and services for functionality.
• Oversee and guide the analysis, writing, building, and deployment of software.
• Implement automated testing and provide feedback during the development process.
• Maintain and upgrade software following deployment.
