Job position: Full Stack Developer
Location: any city in Poland
Compensation: Competitive (including bonus)

Responsibilities:
- Working in a team to develop applications and services using Agile methods
- Building customer-facing UI and back-end services
- Designing and implementing applications with low latency, high availability, and performance
- Understanding the entire web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques
- Mentor, and help the team technically
- Should be able to work with the team and inspire them to reach their goals
- Collaborate with your team (developers, designers, product owners, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs and improve application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders
- Configured and developed web applications using Spring MVC, Spring Boot

Requirements:
- Total experience 5+ years
- 3+ years of experience in backend development - Node.js (Next, Express) , Java based REST/GraphQL API development in microservice service based architecture.
- Good experience in web development using Angular
- 3+ years of experience with database systems, with knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database
- Ability to write effective documentation, test cases (Jest/Jasmine/Karma)
- Basic web frontend technology understanding (HTML//CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Angular knowledge, e-commerce experience, headless CMS knowledge
- Experience backed with rich domain knowledge in Software Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Testing of Web-based and Enterprise Applications using JAVA/J2EE technologies
- Experience in configurations and developing web applications using Spring MVC, Spring Boot
- Good knowledge of enterprise application design patterns
