Job position: Front End developer
Location: any city in Poland
Compensation: Competitive (including bonus)

Responsibilities:
- Working in a team to develop applications and services using Agile methods
- Building customer-facing UI and back-end services
- Designing and implementing applications with low latency, high availability, and performance
- Understanding the entire web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques
- Mentor, and help the team technically
- Should be able to work with the team and inspire them to reach their goals
- Collaborate with your team (developers, designers, product owners, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs and improve application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree (preferably in an IT related domain) or equivalent by experience
- 5+ years on similar job position
- Experience with Git and other version control systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good experience in Frontend Web Development experience
- Good experience with HTML, CSS/etc., JavaScript, and responsive design
- Good experience in web development using Angular
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and how to use them (experience with GraphQL is a plus)
- Experience with using, building and maintaining a standalone component library is a plus
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins and Agile/DevOps methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong analytical skills and anticipate the impact of possible solutions to complex problems

- Good communication skills (spoken and written) according to the needs of different audiences
