Location: Bucharest
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential fraud across all payment channels by reviewing customers' accounts.
- Executes data transactions, updates case
- Shares knowledge/ best practices
Requirements:
- Language skills, English C1
- Excellent analytical skills
- Investigative nature
- High level of problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective decision-making abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills
- 2-3 years. With experience in Customer service operations (Fraud Operations preferred)
