Finance and Accounting Team Lead
Location: Lodz, Poland
We are looking for a candidate with:
Fluent English
Advanced in MS Office
University degree or equivalent preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable professional education
Experience in F&A area (preferable BPO or SSC)
About 2 years of team management experience
Ability to lead virtual/remote teams including good command of online collaboration tools such as MS Teams
Process, project management experience
Very good in communication and presentation, organizational skills
SAP knowledge would be an asset
Your key activities:
Managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met
