Field Service Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Field Service Consultant with IFS MWM/Clevest experience. This position will primarily be responsible for providing support on the IFS MWM/Clevest product from customer's requirements. The selected candidate must be able to support the MWM Mobil issues and MWM Work space issues. They will troubleshoot the issues on the Prod and Non-Prod applications. They will interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN or Indianapolis, IN be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
  
• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  
• 1+ years of Information Technology experience
  
• Experience with IFS MWM / Clevest development/support Genesis IDE
  
• Production application administration and support

• Good experience in application development and support
  
• Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus
  
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  
  For candidates based out of Minneapolis, MN estimated annual compensation will be $61,248 to $81,092.
