Evogence Consultant
Infosys is seeking a Evogence Consultant. This role requires a strong blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Qualifications:
Candidate can be located anywhere in the US. This position will require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution in Mechanical / Computer Science/ Information Systems Management or related
field required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
We are seeking highly motivated and 2+ years experienced Evogence Application Resource to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of our critical Evogence applications.
You will leverage your deep understanding of Evogence functionalities and your strong technical skills to ensure the smooth operation of these systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to their ongoing development and optimization. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our core business processes and work with a talented and collaborative team.
Provide day-to-day support for Evogence applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance.
Analyze and diagnose application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Experience in working SPC integration toolkit, integrate get and entrance communicators.
Good experience in tracking employees and adjust gated entry permissions with RFID readers.
Collect Key Performance Indicators from machinery and personnel, then use powerful, visual analytics tools to dive into the fabric of production.
Drive operational efficiency and communication in manufacturing facilities with Evogence platform.
Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for application enhancements or modifications.
Configure and customize Evogence applications based on business requirements, adhering to best practices and company standards.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and stability of application changes and deployments.
Participate in the planning and execution of application upgrades, patches, and migrations.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
Monitor application performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., infrastructure, database) to ensure seamless integration and operation of Evogence applications.
Stay up to date with the latest Evogence features, functionalities, and best practices.
Participate in project implementation and contribute technical expertise related to Evogence applications.
Provide training and support to end-users on Evogence application functionalities.
Adhere to ITIL framework and company policies for incident management, problem management, and change management.
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, as the role may involve combination of regular shifts and off shift support needs as they arise

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $62,000 to $ 86,800.
In Washington, DC: $62,600 to $76,100
