Infosys is seeking a ETL Support Specialist with Splunk Monitoring- This position's primary responsibility will be to translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks. The chosen candidate will apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, gather accurate requirements and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and the scope of development. The role will require strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and make adjustments in a testing environment while contributing towards developing and adhering to best-practices for developing applications that are scalable, relevant, and critical to the project.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or Denver, CO or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology.
  • Experience in ETL development and operations support.
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake, Teradata, and Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Proficiency in Python and Unix shell scripting.
  • Experience with MWAA Airflow DAG development.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, CloudWatch).
  • Experience with version control systems (Bitbucket, GitLab, GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other data warehousing and ETL tools.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Certification in AWS or other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with PL/SQL and writing complex SQLs with any relational database systems.
  • Experience in Unix shell scripting, Python and automations.
  • Experience in Bitbucket, GitLab and GitHub
  • Experience in Jira and Chalk pages, AWS RDS, My-SQL databases .
  • Experience in Design Review, Code Review and architecture review, participate in various architect review forums like Architecture Review Board, and interact with Client Tech SME's and Architects.
  • Strong communication and Analytical skills.
  • Ability to drive technical meetings and represent Infosys at client side.
  • Experience with Splunk Dashboard monitoring and incident management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
