ERP LN - Service Sr. Consultant

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP LN - Service Sr. Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in ERP LN Service including service contracts, service orders, maintenance planning, and field service execution functionalities. As an ERP LN Functional Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional support, implementing enhancements, and optimizing ERP LN applications to meet the business requirements of our clients. You will also configure and customize ERP LN applications to align with business needs as well as oversee the implementation and integration of ERP LN financial modules modules. You will conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions to ensure smooth operations of ERP LN applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. You will need to stay updated with the latest ERP LN releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve system functionality and performance. Additionally you must have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Minimum of 4 years of IT experience
• Minimum of 4 years working with ERP LN, specifically in ERP LN Service including service contract management and service billing
• Proficiency in ERP LN application configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to service management, service invoicing, maintenance scheduling, and field service operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable will be desired
• Certification in ERP LN would be a plus
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In San Diego, CA: $70,401 to $96,627
