E2E Test Manager

In the role of hands-on Test Manager, you will be responsible in handling E2E cross-functional teams for a major program across Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). This role demands strong leadership in managing E2E testing (SIT, Data migration, UAT,Regression and Automation), effective stakholder management, risk management and leverage AI-driven test approaches to optimize testing efficiency. As part of i) initiation and planning phase, you will take ownership in coming up with an overall test strategy, master test plan, governance structure for this program, manage E2E test coverage across various domains, develop and define quality metrics throughout STLC. ii) Delivery and execution - you will govern testing activities (SIT, Data migration, E2E, UAT and Regression) across cross-functional teams, focus on coming up with an effective test data management strategy for Data migration, implement test automation and AI-enabled testing tools, manage test environments, data and release cycles aligned with DevOps practices. iii) Stakeholder management - Ensure E2E quality assurance partnering with Program managers, Solution Architects and Business owners, lead and mentor distributed team of test leads, test analysts and automation engineers, Conduct defect triage and root cause analysis (RCA) with development and operations teams, prepare and present key quality metrics to leadership. iv) Talent/Resource management- Review the test artifacts delivered by individual team members, should be doing the periodic review of the performance and share the intermittent feedback then and there in order to ensure delivery excellence with quality deliverables to the client.

At least 10-15 years of experience in
• Test management of medium to large projects (with solid understanding of STLC processes) with strong vendor and stakeholder management, good collaboration and communication, risk management
• Proven expertise in creating end-to-end Master test strategy/Master test plan for major projects, E2E testing, data migration validation and system integration of multiple critical applications
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium/Cypress/PlayWright) and AI-driven testing solutions
• Familiar with Agile and DevOps practices and test environment orchestration
• Experience with data validation tools is preferred

Experience in managing cross-functional teams in E2E program with excellent communication, risk management and reporting skills - Hands-on experience in creating Master test strategy, test plans, governs E2E Data migration with an effective Test data management strategy, SIT, UAT, Regression, Automation. Experience in ETL processes, data profiling and cleansing tools. Hands-on experience in i) managing SIT scross across multiple applications ii) practical knowledge of test automation framework iii) CI/CD pipelines iv) having exposure to AI driven testing approaches. v) Strong understanding of API testing and various interface level testing.

Telecom domain expertise, Agile&DevOps practices, hands-on exposure in ALM, Jira, Selenium, Data migration - any ETL tools, Reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel macros. Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams with strong decision making and conflict resolution capability. Good at documentation and clear communication across cross-functional teams
