Role Overview
A Digital Delivery leader focusing on Global Solutions for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Environment, Health and Safety, and (EHS), Human Resources (HR) and Finances (FI) within the manufacturing sector is responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects, and driving sustainability and safety improvements through innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stakeholder Management : Engage with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Digital Transformation : Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance Global Functions performance.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Data Analysis : Utilize data analytics to monitor project performance and make data-driven decisions.
