Your role
As a Senior Associate Consultant, you are supporting the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, design, deployment and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Required
• Provide break-fix Support and maintenance for all-in-scope Computing Hardware Desktops (e.g., desktops, laptops)
• New joiner device setup and configuration and user initial guidance into IT incident management, and Service Requests for End User requests, VIP Support Requests, IMACDs requests and IT order fulfillment requests for hardware and software
• Provide smart hands support for new project setup such as device refresh and IT user device movements as required.
• Stock Management support, updating of Assets within Asset management tool. Support for dispatching devices to remote users using clients dispatch / courier system.
• Provide hands and eyes support for servers, network devices, meeting room technology, printers, etc.
• Provide Equipment and hardware support including, Desktop Devices, Mobile Devices, display screens and video systems, docking
• Remote Desktop Support
• Installation & Troubleshooting of Standard Software
• ServiceNow Ticketing Tool
• Outlook/O365 Configuration & Troubleshooting
• MS Office Products Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Skype for Business & OneDrive Configuration & Troubleshooting
• SCCM Desktop Agent Issues Support & Troubleshooting + Imaging Machine
• Intune / Azure Image deployment stations, communication devices, direct attached printers, local printers, scanners, wireless networking, projectors, etc.

Personal

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate should have good understanding of ITIL processes such as incident and service request management.
• Should have prior experience of desktop support.
• Should have exposure to ITSM tools like Service Now.
• Fluent in English Speaking and Local language is mandatory.
