Cyber Risk Business Analyst
Infosys is seeking a Cyber Risk Business Analyst in Financial services Domain. As a Consultant, you will apply your technical proficiency to help develop enhance and maintain technology platforms for mitigating financial risks through the utilization of cutting-edge technology and data analytics. As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design, support development of high quality code and lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Houston, TX or Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

- Experience as a Business Analyst in Cybersecurity, with focus on IAM and risk management.
- Atleast 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Cybersecurity, with focus on IAM and risk management.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, or Azure AD.
- Familiarity with cyber risk frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Exposure to regulatory requirements including SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
- Ability to perform gap analysis, define control objectives, and support remediation planning.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement for IAM and cyber risk initiatives.
- Knowledge of threat modeling, risk assessment methodologies, and vulnerability management processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data warehousing tools for managing and analyzing large financial datasets.
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication and collaboration to gather requirements and deliver regulatory reporting and risk management solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise cyber tools (e.g., OIM, CyberArk, SailPoint, OKTA or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing regulatory landscapes, and deliver timely, compliant solutions.
- Experience in top US and Canada financial organization with Risk and compliance applications.
- Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, client-facing presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
