Job Title: Customer Service Senior Process Executive - Ejecutivo de Procesos Senior, Customer Service
Location: Monterrey, Mexico.
Department: Americas Customer Care
Reports To: Customer Service Team Lead
Mandatory:
- Proven 6 m to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent command of English to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Work different shifts on the last day of the Month.
- Flexibility to work on weekends very occasionally.
- Availability to Work 100% in office.
- Experience in O365.
- Live time support tool/Face to face customer experience.
- Agile Methodologies.
- Result and target focused
- Basic supply chain knowledge.
- Order and contract management in CRM/ERP/Dynamics is a plus.
- Process orders, and process returns.
- Help customers with complaints and questions.
- Give customers information about their orders.
- Deliver high customer service to perform support within a supply chain for a technology service provider.
- Ticket support.
- Live chat support.
