Customer Care Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Senior Process Executive - Ejecutivo de Procesos Senior, Customer Service
Location: Monterrey, Mexico.
Department: Americas Customer Care
Reports To: Customer Service Team Lead

Mandatory:

  • Proven 6 m to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Excellent command of English to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Work different shifts on the last day of the Month.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends very occasionally.
  • Availability to Work 100% in office.
  • Experience in O365.
  • Live time support tool/Face to face customer experience.
  • Agile Methodologies.
  • Result and target focused
Nice to have:
  • Basic supply chain knowledge.
  • Order and contract management in CRM/ERP/Dynamics is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders, and process returns.
  • Help customers with complaints and questions.
  • Give customers information about their orders.
  • Deliver high customer service to perform support within a supply chain for a technology service provider.
  • Ticket support.
  • Live chat support.
