Your role
As a Consultant in the Infosys Quality Engineering (IQE) Team, you will be required to provide SME role for delivery services to achieve bank goals -
- Single system of record (SOR) for wholesale credit portfolio.
- Reduced manual touches and operational risk with Loan IQ's automation
- Highly integrated with enterprise systems and eliminated dual keying in multiple systems
- Clear end-to-end workflow
- Mitigated risk through process standardization.
- 5 years+ of industry experience working in commercial lending domain
- Interact with various stakeholders to identify, define and document detailed business requirements
- Build test strategy, test plan and manage test delivery across all phases
- Conduct discussions with partners and down streams on data mapping, design, analysis, and testing coordination
- Support all governance activities to ensure proper sign off from stakeholders on various solutions and enhancements
- Actively engage and execute assignments for large and complex business solutions initiatives across Global Credit Finance
- Identify and resolve any potential dependencies, risks, and issues
- Provide input to the technology solutions and recommend appropriate enhancements aligned to industry standard practices
- Collaborate and liaise with stakeholders including tech, operations, downstream partners and vendor(s) to meet business outcomes such as supporting new products and expanding existing portfolio
- Provide in depth and innovative analysis to understand problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic solutions
- Identify areas requiring analysis of existing process and usage of loan system and provide resolution or recommendation for more efficient operations
- Prioritization of tasks and priorities across your portfolio of projects to manage delivery resources optimally.
- Support application support escalations and for planned weekend and/or monthly release support and post release activities as needed
- Research and respond to queries and issues raised by internal clients and partners
- Manage and maintain table/product configuration, and lead various support levels (including triage) for issues and requirements raised by various business, operations and interface partners
- Strong collaborative problem solving skills working across divisions and geographical boundaries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Superb prioritization and time management skills
- Strong understanding of Corporate Lending and Loan Servicing
- Experience in Finastra Loan IQ, Data model Loan IQ Inquiry and Update API's, Batch and System Administration Knowledge
- Techno-functional skillset
- Ability to write SQL Queries
