Cloud Automation Engineer

Infosys is seeking a Cloud Automation Engineer for engineering with extensive experience in Microsoft Azure or AWS Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation using Terraform and Ansible and proficiency in Kubernetes and container platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX or Hartford, CT or Tempe, AZ or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate should be willing work in PST time zone.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience with Azure or AWS.
• At least 3 years of experience in container technologies and Kubernetes.
• Experience on Azure Services and Kubernetes - AKS (Azure Kubernetes), Virtual Machines (Linux), Storage, Network, Azure Backup and Site Recovery Services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Kubernetes and container platforms (e.g., Docker, OpenShift)
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
• Azure and Kubernetes Admin certifications.
• Experience to Healthcare domain would be good to have.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
