Client Partner - Utilities
Infosys is seeking an experienced Client Partner to join its Utilities vertical, a strategic business unit enabling digital transformation across power, gas, and water utilities. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding high-value client relationships, with a strong focus on delivering innovative solutions and driving revenue growth. The Client Partner will oversee a portfolio valued between $30 million and $50 million annually, acting as the primary interface for client engagement, opportunity development, and strategic account planning. Success in this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including delivery managers, solution architects, and senior leadership, to ensure seamless execution, governance, and long-term client success.
Role Description:
Client Relationship & Growth
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships, positioning Infosys as a strategic partner.
• Drive account growth to $30M-$50M through proactive business development and cross-selling.
• Own the opportunity lifecycle: Prospect → Evaluate → Propose → Close.
Delivery & Governance
• Ensure seamless delivery by collaborating with delivery leaders and resolving escalations.
• Oversee account governance, including financial health, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Strategic Planning
• Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan, identifying growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations within the scope of the Master Services Agreement.
Innovation & Solutions
• Partner with solution leaders to co-create tailored offerings and take go-to-market solutions to clients.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to advise clients on digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 11+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
