Infosys is seeking a Citrix Technical Architect. This position will interface with key stakeholders and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions across both persistent and non-persistent environments, supporting On-Premises and Citrix Cloud deployments. Required skills:

  • The client is based out of Wichita KS. Candidate can work anywhere from USA. This position may require few travels per client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

  • At least 6 years of experience in Citrix architecture roles
  • This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). The eligible candidates must be US Citizens only
Technical Expertise:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Cloud, and Citrix Gateway
  • Design and architect scalable Citrix solutions for persistent and non-persistent VDIs
  • Lead migration and hybrid deployment strategies between On-Prem and Citrix Cloud
  • Proficiency in managing HP thin clients using HP Device Manager
  • Deploy and manage HP ThinPro and Windows-based thin clients using HP Device Manager
  • Expertise in Ivanti Application Control and Environment Manager
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows OS internals
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
  • VDI lifecycle management - updates, upgrades, patching
  • Troubleshoot complex Citrix issues related to performance, connectivity, and user experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex technical solutions
  • Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Respond to customer RFPs/RFIs and provide VDI solutions and estimations
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different roles
  • Good to have any or more certificates such as:
    • Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization (CCE-V)
    • Ivanti Certified Professional
    • HP Device Manager Certification
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN: $96,000 to $134,000
In Washington, DC: $85,600 to $129,000
