Change and Release Management Engineer
Role Overview:
The Change and Release Management Engineer will lead and oversee change initiatives across IT services in the Americas region. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, process leadership, and analytical capabilities to drive continuous improvement and ensure risk-aware change execution. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, influence without direct authority, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings twice a week to assess and approve changes to production environments
  • Conduct training sessions on change and release processes
  • Facilitate customer meetings (app support, tax teams) across the Americas
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure vendor (TCS) analysis is thorough and aligned with standards
  • Prepare and deliver executive decks and presentations
  • Analyze data to identify trends and generate value-driven insights
  • Influence cross-functional teams and integrate processes to assess risk
  • Operate independently with minimal managerial oversight

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • ITIL Certification (Foundation level or higher)
  • Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience in IT Services Change Management processes
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting to change
