Infosys is seeking CCM Lead Consultant This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Alpharetta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Bachelor's degree foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Relevant Information Technology experience
A highly experienced in CCM with over 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide guidance to development teams on technology architecture best practices
  • Design and implement CCM strategies that align with business objectives and customer experience goals.
  • Lead the integration of enterprise applications such as upstream AR/Admin Systems, Integration layer, Quadient Scalar / Automation, archival and Mail house services.
  • Provide expert advice on the use of integration technology, data architecture, and system architecture, including best practices for CCM.
  • Work with enterprise Architects to develop efficient and scalable CCM solution using niche features of Quadient. Finalize data models, Quadient deployment models to provide cost effective and standardized solution that can cater to all current and envisioned future needs
  • Work with Vendor team for installing, configuring and establishing connectivity to Quadient products from client Infra

Skills:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Quadient Product suite. Should have experience on end to end integration with enterprise applications utilizing Quadient Scalar / Automation features
  • Strong understanding of Quadient Inspire product suite, Scalar / Automation, Interactive and Messenger capabilities
  • Experience with cloud computing, micro services architecture and containerisation
  • In-Depth knowledge of Quadient's Configuration, Deployment Models (Flex/Evolve) and Licensing model
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and sound DevOps practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well-versed with Cloud Integration and Infrastructure setup
  • Experience on Greenfield implementations, other CCM products would be desirable
