Category Manager - MBS Sourcing
Location: Lodz

Responsible for all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of Commodities and Services in indirect materials.

  • Accountable for developing and executing sourcing strategies in close collaboration with Indirect Category Portfolio Leads and senior stakeholders across functions such as Marketing, IT & Telecom, Workplace, HR Services and Workforce.
  • Driving sourcing and cost optimization initiatives based on insights gained from spend analysis.
  • Leading end-to-end project management across sourcing initiatives.
  • Conducting supplier negotiations covering contracts, pricing, payment terms, and catalogs, ensuring full compliance with internal policies.
  • Executing sourcing processes including RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Performing spend analysis to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to align procurement strategies with business needs.
  • Managing supplier selection and delivering cost savings through structured procurement methodologies for services projects.
  • Preparing, analyzing, negotiating, and administering procurement documents such as RFIs, RFPs, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Requests (CRs).
  • Preparing and reporting cost-saving calculations to support procurement and sourcing initiatives.
  • Lead governance with client stakeholders and internal team
  • Identify opportunities for transformation and bring in value delivery

  • Effective business communication in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of an additional language is considered an asset.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, consistently driving results and seeking continuous improvement.
