Capital Markets Business Analyst
Infosys is seeking a Business System Analyst with Capital Markets Experience. As a Business Analyst, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA or Quincy, MA or Princeton, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
• 4 years of experience in Sr. BSA/Functional Lead in Capital Markets.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Sr. BSA/Functional Lead in Capital Markets.
• Should have strong thinking/analytical skills on complex business requirements or problem statements
• Experience in SAFe Agile practices and end to end agile project life cycle implementation
• Should have extensive experience in SQL and related Databases
• Experience in coordinating with multiple teams and create and lead integration testing strategies
• Experience in performing functional/manual testing of the developed business functionalities
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidates in the below locations will be:
Princeton, NJ: $68,464 to $96,489
