Business Analyst with Scrum

Infosys is seeking Business Analyst with Scrum. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties include managing HealthPlan applications Deployment aligned to Industry best practices and translating functional & technical requirements into implementation work package.
Required Qualifications:
- The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
- Business Analytical skills.
- Experience working as Scrum Master.
- Ability to deliver results in a techno-functional role, in an Agile environment.
- Analyze user requirements to define business objectives.
- Strong in object-oriented design principles and functional programming.

- Planning and Co-ordination skills.
- Good Communication and Analytical skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Ability to write design documents and walk the audience through the design.
- Able to estimate for the end-to-end delivery of Integration projects.
