Business Analyst - Guidewire

Infosys is seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst in P&C domain. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualification:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Qualification:

• Candidate to have 8 - 10 years of experience as BA and 5 years of experience as Guidewire BA
• Experienced in any of the two Guidewire Center - PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter
• Experienced in Commercial property and Personal Lines of Business
• Perform business analysis, gap analysis, requirement analysis, requirement gathering, functional specifications
• Create documentation and develop as-is and to-be business requirements for GW implementation projects.
• Involved in functional architecture assessment, process re-engineering, change management, and testing strategies
• Good to have : experience in Advanced product designer (APD) and Guidewire certification
• Support the Development and QA team across SDLC stages
• Drive business requirement meeting with clients and development team.
• Support Client UAT testing by reviewing and creating test cases.
• Nice to have:
• Guidewire ACE / Professional certifications
• Exposure to cloud technologies

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 115491.
