Role: Consultant (Business Analyst) - Banking / Financial Services
- Eligibility：
- Candidates who wish to work as Business analyst or Business analysts in the Banking and Financial Industry and utilize their business knowledge, communication skills, and documentation skills and ability.
- Excellent ability to adapt to a new environment. Ability to break down ideas into details and work in cooperation with the onsite team (customer side) and offshore members (mainly in India)

- 銀行・金融業界向けのIT業界経験、または金融業界における経験が5年以上
- 銀行・金融業界でのシステム上流工程（業務分析、要件定義）の経験2年以上、もしくは銀行業務オペレーションの業務経験5年以上
- 銀行の海外送金に係る法人決済業務の業務知識および経験があればなお可
- 大規模で複雑なプロジェクトにおいて多数・多様なステークホルダー間における調整の経験があればなお可
- 銀行・金融業界向けのIT業界経験、または金融業界における経験が5年以上
- 担当業務：
- シニアビジネスアナリスト、またはビジネスアナリストとして、大規模なグローバル決済（SWIFT）の変革プロジェクトやその他の金融プロジェクトに関与いただく。
- 顧客（業務、ITユーザー）との業務分析と要件定義に関わっていただき、グローバル決済パッケージの導入に要件～設計～テスト支援の様々な段階で業務分析のコンサルティング作業を実施する。
- インフォシスのグローバル決済エキスパートのサポートを受け、顧客の要件の文書化を支援する。
- 顧客とグローバル決済パッケージベンダーの間に立ち、各要件を基にしたソリューション決めを支援する。
- インフォシスのオンサイトチーム（バイリンガルBA／PMチーム）およびオフショアチーム（グローバル決済パッケージのエキスパート）と協力してプロジェクトを実行する。
- シニアビジネスアナリスト、またはビジネスアナリストとして、大規模なグローバル決済（SWIFT）の変革プロジェクトやその他の金融プロジェクトに関与いただく。

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education..
